• Return ticket & invitation letter / hotel booking

• Chinese ID Card front and back Copy (for Family Visit)

• Current Passport

For Business Visa:

• One passport-photo-size picture

• Application form

• Return ticket & invitation letter / hotel booking

• Letter given reasons / official invitation letter from inviting company in China

CONDITIONS

​

• Minimum 6 months passport validity before departure

• Add £10 for return postage (if not collect by person)

• Addition document for child: Full birth certification showing parents’ name

• Both of parents’ passport

• It is advisable to send your application form(s) and passport(s) by special delivery.

• China Visa Services will not accept liabilities and responsibilities for loss and damage of passport due to postage.
