Your three or four-night Festive Lights break begins with a flight from your chosen UK airport to Enontekio in Northern Finland. From there, you make the short transfer to the Arctic Star Hotel in Karesuando.

As well as three-or four-nights’ full board accommodation at the Arctic Star (including for those staying over Christmas Day or New Year’s Day, a special Christmas Dinner or New Year’s Eve Dinner) and loan of an all-in-one thermal suit and boots, your break includes all the activities detailed below. We’ll organise the running order according to the local conditions while you’re there. We can also give you the chance to choose from our programme of optional excursions – including one of the highlights of our Arctic Spirit programmes – the chance to spend the night in an igloo!

An evening excursion when, with the night sky overhead, you head out through the wilderness to a vantage point in the hope of seeing the fabled and magical Northern Lights. Two adults share a snowmobile.
